By accessing or using GMCSuspension.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GMCSuspension.com provides an automated audit tool that analyses publicly accessible websites and generates a report identifying potential issues that may contribute to a Google Merchant Center account suspension. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms in order to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the audit system, use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, or misrepresent the results of an audit to third parties.
Access to the full audit report requires a one-time payment of $99 USD, processed securely via Stripe. Payments are non-recurring. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, your Google Merchant Center account must still be suspended at the time of your refund request — the report is only eligible for a refund if it did not help resolve the suspension. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact page and include a dated screenshot of your GMC account showing the ongoing suspension. Once verified, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests without proof of ongoing suspension will not be accepted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the audit will identify every issue causing a Google Merchant Center suspension, or that following the recommendations will result in reinstatement. Google's policies and enforcement decisions are entirely within Google's control and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMCSuspension.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or failure to achieve a desired outcome.
All content, design, code, and materials on GMCSuspension.com are the property of GMCSuspension.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
