By accessing or using GMCSuspension.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GMCSuspension.com provides an automated audit tool that analyses publicly accessible websites and generates a report identifying potential issues that may contribute to a Google Merchant Center account suspension. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms in order to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the audit system, use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, or misrepresent the results of an audit to third parties.
Access to the full audit report requires a single one-time payment, processed securely via Stripe. The exact amount is shown at checkout and is charged in your own currency where we support it. Payments are non-recurring, and there is no subscription or account to cancel. We offer two purchase options. The full service includes the audit report together with hands-on help fixing the issues we find and guidance through your Google Merchant Center appeal. The report-only option includes the audit report by itself, with no fixes, no appeal guidance, and no reinstatement guarantee; it is sold as a one-time informational report and is non-refundable once delivered. The 7-day money-back guarantee below applies to the full service only. To qualify, your Google Merchant Center account must still be suspended at the time of your request. Simply contact us within 7 days of purchase with a screenshot of your GMC account showing the ongoing suspension and we will issue a full refund. To protect against abuse of our service, a refund is only considered if you have applied the changes from your report and submitted your Google Merchant Center appeal. If you request a refund, we will re-scan your live site to verify that the fixes were implemented. Refunds are not granted if the reported changes have not been attempted. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact page.
We also make a price promise. If you find the same kind of full Google Merchant Center suspension audit offered cheaper elsewhere, send us the link within 7 days of your purchase and we will either match that price or refund you the difference. The promise covers a comparable full audit report, not a free preview or a trial, and it applies to the full service only, not to the report-only option.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the audit will identify every issue causing a Google Merchant Center suspension, or that following the recommendations will result in reinstatement. Google's policies and enforcement decisions are entirely within Google's control and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMCSuspension.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or failure to achieve a desired outcome.
All content, design, code, and materials on GMCSuspension.com are the property of GMCSuspension.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
