Client Reporting

Automated Weekly SEO Reports for All Your Clients

Register each client site once. Every Monday, a complete SEO report with keyword rankings, Core Web Vitals, on-page audit, and AI action plan goes straight to that client's inbox. No manual work. From $9/site/month.

The client reporting problem

Manual reporting is where agency time disappears

Client reporting is one of the most time-consuming parts of running an SEO service. Every month (or week), someone has to log into each tool, pull the data for each client, format it into a readable report, add commentary, and send it. For 5 clients, that's a half day of work each month that produces zero SEO value. For 15 clients, it's a dedicated person.

The irony is that clients rarely read these reports cover to cover. They scan for one thing: "are my rankings going up?" If the answer is yes, they're happy. If not, they want to know what you're doing about it.

SEO Monitor automates the data collection, formatting, and delivery. You set up each client site once. Every Monday, a complete report goes to the client email address you specified. You spend your time doing SEO work, not reporting work.

How the client setup works

  1. Register a site for your client. Enter their URL, their 20 target keywords, and the email address where the report should go. That can be your client's email directly, your own email, or both.
  2. The first scan runs within 24 hours. Your client receives their baseline report: current keyword rankings, Core Web Vitals scores, and a list of on-page issues found. This also serves as your onboarding deliverable without you producing anything manually.
  3. Monday reports arrive automatically. Each week, the report shows ranking movement, speed scores, any new audit issues, and an AI action plan. Your client sees progress (or problems) without you lifting a finger.
  4. You act on the AI action plan. The plan tells you exactly what to work on for that client this week. You don't have to figure it out from raw data. The tool does the analysis; you do the actual SEO work.

Scaling economics versus SE Ranking Agency

5 sites $35 $95 $60 $720
10 sites $65 $189 $124 $1,488

SE Ranking Agency pricing as of Q2 2025. SEO Monitor multi-site pricing: 5 sites at $35/month, 10 at $65/month, 20 at $99/month.

At 20 clients, you save $3,000/year compared to SE Ranking's Agency plan. That's $3,000 you can reinvest in the actual SEO work that makes your clients' rankings go up.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send the report to both myself and my client?

Yes. Each site registration accepts a primary email and an optional CC address. Set the client as primary so they receive it, and CC yourself so you have a copy for your records. Alternatively, receive everything yourself and forward to clients manually if you prefer to add a note before sending.

Is there any white-labeling or branding for the reports?

White-label branding is on the product roadmap. Currently, reports arrive from SEO Monitor. If white-labeling matters for your agency, you can receive reports to your own address and forward them after adding a header or note. Full white-label support is planned for the agency tier.

What if a client cancels and I want to stop their reports?

You can cancel any individual site at any time from your account. Reports stop immediately. No notice period, no contract, no cancellation fee. You only pay for sites that are actively monitored.

Can I change the keywords for a client after setup?

Yes, once per month per site. After a keyword change, the following Monday's report shows a new baseline for the changed keywords. Historical ranking data for the old keywords remains in your account history.
